Return Process

  Contact our B2B support team with your order number and SKU details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached and the product remains in resaleable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at a certified carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for bulk shipments.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return for quality compliance, your refund or credit note will be issued within 5-7 business days.
