- Lost packages, stolen packages, and damage caused during delivery.If your claim is approved following investigation, Shipping Protection entitles you to a free re-shipment in the following situations: a package confirmed as lost in transit (with proper documentation provided), a package confirmed as never delivered following carrier investigation, or a package held by customs (with supporting proof submitted). All re-shipments are subject to the completion of our claims investigation process.
Does not include:
- Undelivered parcel due to incorrect address provided, buyer’s remorse, normal wear & tear after usage.
